The service I just received was not so great. I was told that I could come in at 8 a.m. for a walk-in which I did. I sat until 10:30 a.m. then I had to leave. What made me furious was theoh j nurses taking in walk-in patients who they were familiar with when I was the first walk in patient through the door. Sitting in the waiting room there were people talking about how great the doctors are. All I see with this doctor's office and many more are doctors being overbooked and money hungry. If you can't keep up with the patients who have appointments, don't offer walk-ins.
